Samer has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Brown University and a Master in Business Administration from the Wharton School.

Samer has 25 years of experience in principal investments (equity and debt), management consulting and operations. He has worked at leading global and regional institutions such as Mckinsey & Co, the Olayan Group, ASTRA Investments, Andersen Consulting and the Mac Group/Gemini. He has also been advisor to investors and operators of such companies. Samer’s prior experience as principal investor, operator and strategy consultant position him well to assist companies seeking to engage in M&A or fundraising exercises. He is able to integrate these various perspectives to support clients to execute transactions that meet their needs and generate value to the stakeholders.
