Joan started her career in Dubai in 2015. Before moving to Dubai, she worked as Front Office Representative at Local Government Unit in the Philippines. This gave her a great experience in customer service, and it became her forte. Joan joined Gate Capital in 2018 as an HR and part of Administration team, which offered a fantastic opportunity for career growth.
